A company is looking for an Analyst, Talent Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and synthesize data from various sources to inform business
decisions and improve processes
Create insightful dashboards and reports using data visualization
techniques
Provide actionable insights to stakeholders and support
organizational effectiveness projects
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree in a relevant field or a bachelor's degree with a
minimum of 3 years of experience
Advanced proficiency in data management and manipulation
Intermediate understanding of statistical methods
Experience with psychometrics and survey data analysis
Advanced proficiency in statistical software, such as R, is
preferred
