Job Description:
A company is looking for an Estimating & Procurement Program
Manager responsible for overseeing procurement and estimation
processes for projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the estimation process for all projects to ensure accurate
pricing
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project
needs
Establish and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality
materials and services
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field;
relevant certifications are a plus
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimating and procurement
in the wastewater and renewable energy industry
Strong negotiation skills with proven experience in contract
management
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in cost estimation and
budgeting
Familiarity with procurement software and estimating tools is
desirable
