Provide tailored support based on customers' unique goals and
assist with third-party integrations
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and work to remove barriers
to campaign launch
Required Qualifications
Technical aptitude and understanding of platform best practices and
integrations
Ability to simplify complex topics for customers
Adaptability to changes in the platform and team dynamics
Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support
Experience in the Connected TV industry is preferred
